「Our stay was after our cruise we stayed June 23rd and checked out June 25th. The apartment was listed as having air conditioning.... It was in the low 90's during our stay. The air conditioning consisted of 3 portable units and a fan. We were instructed by the gentleman that took you to the apartment that you couldn't run all 3 units at the same time because it would kickoff the electrical breaker! We were told to run 2 units an the fan. We couldn't even do that because the electrical breaker...

「Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.」

「We stayed here for the World Cup, and the property was excellent. It is conveniently close to the airport and public transportation, yet very cozy and quiet. The backyard is beautiful and a great spot to hang out and have dinner. I highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Seattle but prefer to avoid the hustle of the city. Downtown Burien was a wonderful bonus with great food options, a farmers market, and an excellent World Cup watch party.」

Being able to bring our dog, Cocoa, made a world of difference—the 'Dog-Friendly' label is accurate and the pet fee was very reasonable for a 14-night stay. The location in Sammamish is peaceful and well-situated. Highly recommend for families looking for a quiet, reliable place to stay.」
