“Avoid Waiheke Island Resort! Had a terrible experience where our room was completely not clean even when first checked-in! Dirty and unprepared, bedsheet unmade, towels all over toilet, used coffee cup in kitchen. Staff were unhelpful with insufficient follow-ups, even hanging up on us. They moved us to a worse room without the view we paid for to settle and couldn't reach them anymore to assist luggage up and down the stairs changing over rooms. No follow-up or proper apology, hair still spot……

“Nice place. We are a family of 4 and booked a 2 bedroom unit . It was clean and had everything we needed . The pool was really good my kids enjoyed it, wasn’t too cold so it was a good . We had a bonfire an it was clean and all. Good for families .”
