    Edgerley Avenue is a quiet cul-de-sac that sits right on the residential edge of Newmarket — one of Auckland`s most dynamic and complete urban neighbourhoods. The street feels calm and leafy, but step out the gate and within minutes you`re in the thick of Broadway, Newmarket`s main retail strip and one of the most vibrant shopping precincts in the country. Westfield Newmarket — the flagship of the Westfield New Zealand portfolio, with its rooftop dining terrace, boutique stores, supermarket, cinemas, and hundreds of shops — is a genuine three-minute walk from the front door.
    The rooftop dining precinct at Westfield alone is worth the trip, with White + Wong`s lively Asian kitchen, The Bavarian, and a rotating cast of Auckland`s favourite restaurant brands all in one place with views across the city.
