The Space:
Wake up to harbour views in our high-floor studio inside the iconic Heritage Hotel Tower, right in the heart of Auckland CBD. With great shared facilities, it’s the perfect CBD base for business or leisure.
What you'll enjoy:
King size bed + Pull down bed/ desk.
Smart TV with cable channels, lounge chairs, and unlimited Wifi.
Fully equipped kitchen with bar stools.
Private bathroom with bathtub.
In unit washer & dryer tucked away in the bathroom.
Rooftop pool, indoor pool, sauna, 2 spa pools and 2 gyms.
Easy walk to Sky Tower, Queen Street & waterfront.
Guest Access:
Guests staying in this privately owned apartment have full access to the entire unit within the Heritage Tower building, which offers excellent security. While you're welcome to use the building's facilities, please note that hotel services such as room service, valet parking, luggage assistance, and hotel check-in are not available. (All part of the Heritage Hotel facilities and accessible with your swipe card)
The Neighborhood:
Located on Nelson Street, you'll be living in the heart of the city. Albert Park, the Art Gallery, and a vibrant mix of modern restaurants, cafes, shopping, cinemas, and theaters are all within walking distance. Iconic landmarks like the Sky Tower and Viaduct, as well as waterfront venues, are just 5 mins away, ensuring everything you need is right around the corner.
Getting Around:
Walking distances to the main city attractions.

- Aotea Square (10 mins)
- Auckland Art Gallery (13 mins)

This is a privately owned apartment within the building shared with the 'Heritage Hotel Auckland,' but it is not managed by the hotel. For any queries, please feel free to contact us directly.
Pre-Check-In Requirements:
*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.
*As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date. Self check-in to this apartment: *There are two Heritage Hotels next to each other. Your apartment entrance is on Nelson Street, but key pick-up is at the other Heritage Hotel.
*Key pick-up is at a 24/7 lockbox room labeled “Airbnb Key Pick-Up Room” at 35 Hobson Street, which is in a different building from your apartment at 22 Nelson Street. You can park at the drop-off zone on Gorst Lane to pick up the key. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival.
* There is no parking included with this apartment.
*There is NO luggage storage available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.
*Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
During stay & Departure:
*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest.
Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.
*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean.
For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request any cleaning service in advance.
*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.
* A $100 replacement fee applies per card if any keycard or key is misplaced or damaged upon checkout.
*The check out time is 10am.

We'll give guests space, but will be a message or phone call away if you need anything, and guests are welcome to pop into Oneciti Property Management office for any inquiries or a quick chat from 9am-5pm NZ time.
