Great Location

Apartment was in a great location. The carpets need to be cleaned as there were many stains. The clothes rack outside was broken and needs to be replaced. More ventilation is needed in the room. Overall, a good stay and close to main CBD streets.

Stuffy, pokey and poorly maintained. Not cleaned, rubbish in room , broken fixtures, framed wall prints on floor, wall clock in the cupboard, broken racks, soiled matress cover, micro wave oven missing, cracked mug, rusty pot, stained carpets I could go on but you get the picture.

Unfortunately very disappointing

On arrival all picture frames were off walls and the round glass mirror was on the floor broken- looks like it dropped and someone had picked it up/cleaned up but left against the walls. The apartments cleanness was average it wasn't at hotel standards- I've vacuumed and wipe down tables and benches (the best I could do without cleaning products). The apartment listing also stated there would be a microwave which was something I really needed- before checking in I brought several microwave meals to have during my stay for my convenience, I'v had to throw them away and buy food each day. Winter in Auckland can get quiet cold- no little heater or extra bed blanket to keep your guests warm during that time if they needed. Being an apartment it would of been nice to supply some basic cleaning products so your guests can clean up after themselves during their stay. There was a bottle of dishwash liquid which was completely empty. That's all that was provided. It was pretty inconvenient and frustrating. There was only 1x toilet paper supplied for a 3day stay- that's pretty slack. I wasn't able to clean anything nor put a load of washing on for you due to no laundry liquid, it's really the little things that go a long way with this type of accommodation. I called to see if we could her some sugar and tea bags- I was told I need to buy some- I was shocked. We were given 2x tea bags and 4x shachets of sugar.

Great location, terrible service.

Key was in a lock box at a different location. Not explained on the site. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Pictures not hung on the wall and floor not vacuumed. Also cleaners knocked on the door right on checkout time and then I spoke to two other people to ask if I was out of the apartment!! Not impressed.
