Lack of secure parking. But other than that very nice stay. Comfortable bed, nice shower

Overall, the experience was good. The people were pretty great. However, it should be noted that there's an ant problem in the kitchen (I found some in my food bag and I occasionally saw one on the wall).

Very nice hostel in a lovely area, has a kind of homey feel to it. The bunks all have curtains for privacy, a light and a socket plus storage underneath! The garden, the lounge and the kitchen are all very nice too! The only small "downsides" I can think of is the size of kitchen, which easily can become quite tight and crowded and also that it closes at night. I very much enjoyed my stay and will most likely stay again in the future! :-)

Great value for money. Really kind and helpful staff. Couldn’t rate this place high enough. Only downfall was that the room was very hot, and there was no fan or cooling device available.

Very uncomfortable bed
The place looks nice on the outside, and is located in a posh neighborhood. Unfortunately, those are the only good things. The beds are very uncomfortable. Poor back support. The sheets are coarse, and not ventilated; they are rough on the skin, and cause you to sweat after just a few minutes. Imagine sleeping here in the summer! The toilets and showers are tiny, with very little space to move around.

We are a brand new property with new beds, linen and mattresses and I am surprised that you didn't have a comfortable sleep. There is little we can do with regards to the size of the bathrooms however always take this kind of feedback to make improvements so thank you very much for your comments.
