The Viaduct is a prime location in the CBD, with buzzing restaurants, bars and nightlife surrounding the marina. There are many highlights and conveniences neighbouring the Viaduct making it a breeze for you to explore the best parts of the city.

Breathing-taking harbour views and sensational sunsets add to this gorgeous setting. You can find shopping for all ages and tastes at these great meal spots. You will stumble upon many food and dining options.

Our apartment is located in the Sebel Hotel Complex right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool. Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all tastes at these spots. There are hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown train, bus and ferry services. Private parking buildings only 1-2 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, and site seeing options all within 2 - 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Uber, scooters and bicycles are all available.

10am check out is perhaps an hour early but other than that, if you are in Auckland for leisure and fancy morning runs/walsk along the harbour, walking out of the building to cafes, restaurants and bars, you will love this apartment. The second bedroom is a tad small and has no windows, but is fine. The spec is spotless, the lounge a great size and the main bedroom also a good size. A small but ample deck to sit out on whilst deciding to go to Dr Rudi’s , Soul or elsewhere.

Best location and very comfortable

You can not beat the location. Steps from the marina, lots of exploration opportunities, and more great restaurants than you can handle. Layout of the apartment is a little quirky but over all is super comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

The property had everything I needed. It was clean. Everything worked. Very comfortable. Loved the balcony. Communication was amazing. Fabulous view from the balcony - of the harbour bridge and marina and easy access to the restaurants around the harbour. Central transport hub at Britomart is 5 mins walk.
