The only thing I would say was a challenge was trying to get a hold of the staff to be let in the front gate to check in. Other than that everything was awesome. Friendly staff, clean rooms. I was impressed.

Pricing good and our overall stay was ok. On arrival we were met at the gate by a man( we weren’t sure where to enter, two different signs) who was unsmiling, abrupt and over the course of 2 days not overly helpful. Car park is terrible, dirty around outside of shower cubicle at the bottom. Kitchen amenities woeful, lift not cleaned daily, same rubbish in it for 2 days. Worst of all was having one card to open doors and turn on power in the room. If one of you goes out and takes the card the person left in the room has no power, ridiculous! I’m not hopeful for this review making any changes, the replies to reviews seem to be the same whether review good or bad

Although the unit was very clean, there was very little else to recommend it. If you are planning to use the kitchen be prepared to bring your own cooking utensils. Had to ask reception for a toaster, and even then they were worried we would set off the fire alarms. No cook top, just a microwave, but no microwave cookware.

The place is not very friendly. The customer service at reception pathetic no greetings, not helpful at all. He directly asked for my CVC code which I understand however he didn’t care to explain the terms at all. The place is under construction where sounds are so loud. We called and asked for a knife to have some fruits the men said he will arrange, after waiting for a while we went down to ask him he said the housekeeping had gone out and will bring it to us when he is back. After waiting for two hours we did not receive anything. Not even a call to say they don’t have it available. Read all the reviews before going but thought to give it a go however not happy with this place at all. I would not recommend

Very clean, well-appointed and spacious Scandic-style rooms. Professional and courteous staff. High degree of security with gated outdoor parking and security card required to access reception area, accommodation area and room. Tried to extend stay when plans changed but rooms were all booked. This place is not fire safe. Fire doors were wedged open compromising the escape route. It was clearly mentioned and the dangers explained to the person on reception who then relayed it to the manager. The response was that should there be a fire then he the receptionist would go and close all the doors. When we went out shortly afterwards two doors had been closed but the remaining doors were left open still causing the same issue. Clearly there is no understanding of how these doors work and protect from smoke and fire. This was evident as in the morning the doors had been re-wedged open. These doors remained wedged open for the remainder of our stay. For this reason I would not stay here again.
