我訂的是港view房間，非常的喜歡。站在面對帆船停靠的港口，會有幸福的感覺。四周圍有很多餐廳，非常方便，地理位置極佳，推薦！房間乾淨，有洗衣機，烘乾機！

The staff is really excellent, the location is second to none. The hotel has almost no facilities and is not the most luxurious one. A very good choice if you want to stay a few days in the heart of Auckland.

3rd floor first room, the bedroom faces straight into three other balconies 10 meters away so anyone on their balcony can look straight in as you’re lying on your bed! The view from your bed is not a sea view however if you go out onto the balcony you can then see the harbour to the far right. This company really needs to take better care and make sure their cleaning staff do their job. The carpets were stained. There was a stain on the couch and both the bathroom door and the bedroom door top two hinges had come away from the frame so you were unable to close the door properly. The location is fantastic but do bear in mind that there are very busy restaurants directly below and the sound carries until 12 midnight.

We stayed here two nights at the beginning of our trip and two nights at the end of our trip. The carpets are stained and our bathroom door doesn’t close because two of the hinges are coming away from the frame. There is a substantial lack of USB charging points in the entire outlay of the rooms. Literally only one on the TV console? In 2025, you would expect to see them on the electrical points? Our first room had the balcony door taped with gaffer tape closed because it didn’t shut properly? Good locationbut really needs more tender loving care. Forgot to mention there are 15 huge restaurants below with seating hundreds of people in the restaurants making echoing racket until midnight.

The staff was on hand 24 hours and they were very friendly. The location was excellent and there were cafes and shops all around. It was only a couple of blocks from the cruise ship terminal. An excellent value for the stay.
