The staff is really excellent, the location is second to none. The hotel has almost no facilities and is not the most luxurious one. A very good choice if you want to stay a few days in the heart of Auckland.

Clean and Friendly staff, easy to get to main areas of Auckland's city. Food and shopping nearby. Comfortable beds and a great budget Friendly option for families. Has everything you need. My only feedback would be longer hot water usage would be better and bigger waste bins or more wasre options in room for recycling as to be able to help. Overall would definitely recommend. And great views

3rd floor first room, the bedroom faces straight into three other balconies 10 meters away so anyone on their balcony can look straight in as you’re lying on your bed! The view from your bed is not a sea view however if you go out onto the balcony you can then see the harbour to the far right. This company really needs to take better care and make sure their cleaning staff do their job. The carpets were stained. There was a stain on the couch and both the bathroom door and the bedroom door top two hinges had come away from the frame so you were unable to close the door properly. The location is fantastic but do bear in mind that there are very busy restaurants directly below and the sound carries until 12 midnight.

The staff are absolutely lovely. The location is great, walking distance to all out favourite restaurants. Unfortunately the noise from nearby establishments is intolerable and we had to check out early. If you’re planning on being out every night, no problem. We were here for work and we couldn’t sleep. The staff were very helpful in letting us leave a day early and even let me stay past check out time so I could go straight to the other hotel.
