The room was great. Lots of space, kitchen, very clean and a fabulous view of the Harbour. The downside was the very noisy pubs and restaurants outside the hotel with loud music and voices until 2:30 am.

Excellent location!! Right amongst all the bars and restaurants but still quiet for sleeping. We used the gym & pools across the road. Discount prices for guests. We won’t stay anywhere else in Auckland now.

Very noisey and the photos they show are definitely don’t match what you get. Pillows were horrendous and only two in the room. Location is good, and staff were lovely and helpful. Getting tired inside

Very handy for downtown Auckland, the Wharf, Wynyard Quarter, and Britomart. Suite was excellent, with separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Friendly staff. Good value hotel given location and quality of the accommodation. Will definitely be using again.

The Sebel Viaduct team really made my special birthday stay wonderful! They went out of their way to ensure it was a wonderful trip and that my room was perfect. We love staying at the Sebel Auckland Viaduct and will be back again definitely! The room is wonderful with a kitchenette and laundry facilities making a break cost effective and convenient. This upgrade was well worth it in terms of the views, space and break out areas. This really is a wonderfully designed facility.
