「The Villa was in an awesome location - walking distance to the heart of Ponsonby with its shops and restaurants. Even though it was winter and a bit cold and wet outside the villa was warm and cozy. Kitchen amenities very good but do plan for no microwave - or at least we couldn't find one. Nice flat access and great indoor-outdoor flow from both levels. Very nice hosts - easy to chat with. Would stay again!」

「Very very very disappointed, Garden not kept, all the plants are dying, weeds all over the place. Host not contactable, The host/VRBO still owes me 720 which we were over charged. The lock box codes & entrance to the house codes do not work, so could not get access to the house. The VRBO agent were willing to give me a full refund when the access to the house did not work, but do not want to refund the over-charge? How does that work? No consideration from the agent that planning a weekend like...

「Ani and Syed were wonderful hosts. Very communicative and responsive. The home was clean and well appointed. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. I really appreciated the kitchen cabinets being labeled. I didn’t have to open every single cabinet to find something. We stayed here for our last night before heading home and it was perfect. Good laundry facilities, plenty of space to stretch out, super fast WiFi, very comfy beds, and off street parking. Thanks again, Syed and Ani!」

「We had an amazing four night stay at this stunning and very spacious apartment which is just metres away from the beach. The host was very friendly and obliging and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Great communication from host and I would highly recommend if you wanting a peaceful getaway by the sea.」
