“This house was perfect for attending a big event at Eden Park! It took about 10 minutes to get there in a pre-booked Uber. After the event, thousands of people caused massive queues for public transport, so we hopped on Lime e-scooters—it took around 21 minutes to get back to the house, and it was fun!The beds were very comfortable, and the house was surprisingly quiet despite some traffic on Richardson Road. Having three showers and toilets was a game-changer for our one-week stay, making it……

“Very very very disappointed, Garden not kept, all the plants are dying, weeds all over the place. Host not contactable, The host/VRBO still owes me 720 which we were over charged. The lock box codes & entrance to the house codes do not work, so could not get access to the house. The VRBO agent were willing to give me a full refund when the access to the house did not work, but do not want to refund the over-charge? How does that work? No consideration from the agent that planning a weekend like……

“Kaka flying about the valley - great deck to watch birds if that’s your thing ! But note - it’s a very small two bedroom unit. You will be hearing each other fart. Beds are springy, roll together. Not cheap with cleaning fees etc - cheape just booking rooms in the resort for one night ”
