“Very very very disappointed, Garden not kept, all the plants are dying, weeds all over the place. Host not contactable, The host/VRBO still owes me 720 which we were over charged. The lock box codes & entrance to the house codes do not work, so could not get access to the house. The VRBO agent were willing to give me a full refund when the access to the house did not work, but do not want to refund the over-charge? How does that work? No consideration from the agent that planning a weekend like……

“Very clean, modern, loved the modern bathroom. Body wash lotion was provided.Coffee/tea was provided, no other beverages. Cutlery/plates provided.Unfortunately Sofa/couch was a little firm. ”

“Kitchen was adequate, no instructions for equipment. Had to get cleaners back to clean properly, remotes missing for fans in bedrooms, spa pool cover lifter broken and pool had a tidemark, swimming pool not clean, and pool area not swept, struts not in place under bunk beds mattress, under beds have not been hoovered and washing line broken. No gate from the garden to the car parking or door to the pool chemicals storage. We didn’t let it ruin our holiday and with a bit more maintenance it……
