"What a great stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy including picking us up and dropping us back at the train station. The apartment itself is beautiful and has everything you could need to be comfortable. We wish we had added another day to our trip just to stay in the apartment and look out over the vineyards. Hannelore pointed out a good restaurant just up the road for us to have dinner and a bakery for breakfast, both of which were amazing....

"Die Unterkunft ist ein wahrer Traum :-) Man blickt auf eine malerische Landschaft und die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders für Familien mit Kindern gibt es zahlreiche tolle Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung (Tierpark Rheinböllen, Tier-Erlebnispark Bell, Hängebrücke von Geierlay, Sommerrodelbahn Loreley). Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub im Hunsrück. "

"This is the second time we have stayed as my sister lives nearby. Spotlessly clean again and the hosts were there to check us in early. Gunter and Ulrika are so kind to our children, letting them play with toys in their house and garden. Nice touches are added like wine on arrival and snacks and chocolate for the kids. A home from home."

"An der 2 1/2-Zi-Wg gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen; das Interieur sehr modern, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Ein grosses Pluspunkt auch die bedachte Terrasse, sodass man auch bei Regenwetter draussen sitzen kann. Die Gastgeberin, Frau Pirschle, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nein, es gibt wirklich nichts zu bekritteln. Wir genossen auf jeden Fall unseren 6-tägigen Aufenthalt. Und: eine sehr ruhige Gegend (Einfamilienhaus-Quartier)."

"Our 4 night stay in Trechtingshausen was everything we had hoped for and more. The house was spacious, immaculate and very well appointed. The garden is beautiful and provides immediate access to a network of hiking trails that are well worth the effort. "A lovely, well-equipped house in a stunning location with its own fabulous garden. Brilliant for our family group of 10. Lots to do locally. The gem museum, gem mine, Celtic settlement were great trips and the open-air swimming pool in Rhaunen was much enjoyed. We visited Herrstein twice! Klaus and Anna were really helpful hosts.
