"I loved the property, the photos are not deceiving and actually what the property looks like and the staff are really nice and friendly. While they may not have a pool and free breakfast in the morning, they do have relatively cheap priced breakfast items and the coffee is lowkey pretty good.
My only quam is just with the website and how the reservation system works. I didn't end up needing to stay my full trip, and we weren't able to change the dates. However, even with this problem the price is great for the location and what they provide, so I appreciate you all greatly!"
"We had a great stay at the Normandy. Staff was fantastic. The Normandy kitchen had great breakfasts pool and sauna were clean. The hotel was quiet overall great experience would highly recommend to anybody going to a concert at the armoury for which we were there for."
"Enjoyed the location of the hotel. Lots of restaurants near by. Near the highway so easy on and off for traveling to further areas. Staff were excellent. The hotel lobby could be noisier than most other hotel lobbies but we did notice a lot of families staying in the hotel. Would stay again!"
"The staff is wonderful everyone was very kind and helpful. They made the stay enjoyable. The rooms were nice and clean I appreciate the eco friendly touches. The restaurant has surprisingly good food. Although the over night valet price is exorbitant, there are many affordable self parking options right across so do not let parking be a deterrent if you have a car this is still a great hotel. The bed and pillow could be improved for comfort although very trendy for aesthetics. Could also benefit from offering earplugs as the street can be quite noisy if there is someone honking. I was on the top floor and could still hear it I imagine lower floors would be worse. Overall it was a lovely stay and would stay again."
