Terrible stay. Dirty and smelly. Was forced into a smoking room despite confirming a non-smoking one. Only plus is the excellent location for Ironman 70.3 Augusta.

Clean room, staff was polite. Room was aged but also inexpensive. Only stayed one night, in Augusta for Styx concert. For price, acceptable. If you want higher end go across street to Holiday Inn.

Very run down, beat up furniture in the room, bathroom had mold. Very sketchy outside. Don’t go out at night. Expedia needs to check out there hotels before booking them.

Hotel was kinda dated. There were Holes in the wall, toilet seat not attached, no security lock on the door, and tv didn't work. The agent changed our room, but it had issues as well, but not as bad. Overall, I give it a 4, because it was close to restaurants on Broad Str downtown. The agent was very nice.

We’ve stayed in many budget hotels over the years, including Motel 6, Days Inn, La Quinta, Holiday Inn Express, and others, and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. Although it was supposedly a non smoking room, which they apparently ran out of because I know they forced another confirmed non smoking reservation into a smoking room, our “non smoking” room reeked of smoke. When we used a washcloth and sanitizer to clean the horizontal surfaces, the washcloth turned brown. The floor and ceiling had visible dirt stains. There were cobwebs at the corner of the curtains and window. Peeling paint on the walls. A dead bug in the bathroom sink. A random Advil pill left behind on the bathroom sink. Hard to believe but Im not making this up. If Augusta was not sold out due to the Ironman race we were attending, we would have gone yo another hotel regardless of a refund. We contemplated sleeping in our car but at least the sheets appeared to be freshly laundered. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Nice location if you are visiting historic Augusta. Older property with sparse amenities. You need to be without a place to sleep to stay here.
