We could not have been happier with this booking! Stayed for three days while attending the Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield. It was exactly as listed. Very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Would absolutely return again. Nyccole was great to work with!

Perfect for 2 near Wichita

My sister and I were in town for 3 nights for a wedding. The location was great! No issues with parking. There is one flight of stairs to the room. The building and room were very clean. Bed very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes for 2. Plenty of towels and bedding. The walls are thin and you can hear the train, but the provided sound machine, fan, ear plugs were just fine. There is a cute coffee shop down the road we visited, but the host provided k-cups in the room as well. The next time we are in town to visit family, we will definitely stay here again!

This is a great location in the brick district of Augusta. Very walkable small town. Nyccole is a superhost and awesome to work with. Only one complaint, the flat is near the train tracks and freight trains run about every hour all night long blaring their horns. Bring ear plugs!
