Staff was exceptional, greeting us as we entered onto the property and bid us farewell when we left. They are hard working and always have great attitudes.

Stayed here while visiting my daughter at Fort Gordon. It is so conveniently located to the base, and there’s a gas station right next-door. The hotel itself has all the amenities we were looking for, a nice gym, a pool, and the rooms were very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts that we’ve had. And the front desk staff were amazing! Even the maintenance guys were very friendly and helpful. We also loved that they had a laundry facility with an app to use and it was inexpensive to do a load of laundry before traveling back home. Highly recommend!

Everything was nice and clean, staff were nice and friendly, and I’m the hotel snob in my family and yet I didn’t have the hebbie gebbies not one time while staying there. AND the breakfast food was delicious too, so much so I made myself 3 waffles to take home

Personnel (all of them) was very kind and courteous all time. Room very clean. Breakfast was good. Room needs some basic maintenance. Shower faucet was dripping and the bathroom door didn’t close correctly. The pool was closed all the week. Apart from that it is well recommended.

When we made the reservation, we selected a room with a king bed! When we checked in we were given a room with 2 queen beds!! They said there was an issue with the room we requested and there were no rooms with a king bed available!! We were given 'take it or leave it' attitude with no additional options or solutions after driving 8+ hours to get there! Not a pleasant end to our day!!
