Fewo in einer Wohngegend

Das Haus an sich war ganz okay. Die Kommunikation mit interhome sehr holprig.Es fehlte an Kleinigkeiten, z.B. Zündhölzer für den Gasherd, Weingläser, Schneidbretter, Filter für Kaffeemaschine...Kleinigkeiten machen oft, dass man sich in einer Umgebung gut fühlt!

Haus in Auray

Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz, es wird jedoch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen im Obergeschoss sehr heiß. Lage zum Bäcker, zum Supermarkt und in die Stadt ist gut, alles zu Fuß machbar. Übergabe war nicht zufriedenstellend, lange Suche um das Haus zu finden (Einbahnstraße) Auch eine kleine Einweisung in die Besonderheiten wäre schön gewesen. Man fühlt sich in einem Haus wohl, wenn an Kleinigkeiten nicht so gespart würde, wie z.B. Zündhölzer für den Gasherd, Weingläser, Schneidbrettchen, Badematte

jolie petite maison

Jolie petite maison qui laisse apparaitre dés votre entrée quelques désagréments. Cette maison n'avait sans doute pas été ouverte depuis longtemps tellement l'odeur d'humidité et de renfermé était puissante et tenace. Pas de chauffage à mon arrivée, il a fallut mettre en route la chaudière... Maison qui doit pouvoir convenir l'été quand il fait beau mais pas en arrière saison ni en hiver.

Remarques utiles

Appart joliment aménagé et décoré mais pas propre à l'arrivée /poussières sol et tapis , miettes dans le grille pain , pas de réserve de papier toilette. Et surtout clou dépassant du mur sur 1cm derrière la barre d'appui de l'escalier. ... De plus l'extérieur est très mal entretenu, des branches pas taillées gênent la montée de l'escalier d'entrée.

Leuke woning in een saaie buurt

De woning is al eens gerenoveerd, maar niet van een erg goede kwaliteit. De luxaflex van het voorraam is te kort waardoor deze niet goed af te sluiten is voor zon en s'avonds.De douchekop blijft slecht hangen. Mocht je de slaapkamer op de bovenste verdieping nodig hebben, deze wordt in de zomer heel erg warm. Tuin: De voortuin is erg groot, maar heeft geen schaduwplekken. Een boom zou welkom zijn. De zij- achtertuin ogen armoedig.Hierdoor hebben we bij hitte veel binnen gezeten. Horeca ver.
