The spacious country house is residentially located amid the exuberant nature of Corrèze. It is built of natural stone in the style of the typical 'granges' or barns of the Limousin region. The holiday house is furnished in a rustic style and has all modern comforts. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and offers every opportunity for good cooking. The upper floor consists of 2 large, open-plan bedrooms with comfortable beds that are made up on arrival. The large garden of over 40 acres of private land is a delight to relax in. Take a nap in the hammock, swim a few lengths in the heated swimming pool, sunbathe on the wooden sundeck, have breakfast or a barbecue in the sun on the large terrace. Here you will find everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The surrounding area also offers plenty of opportunities for an enjoyable holiday. A few kilometres away is Auriac, a cute village by a lake with swimming facilities. The gardens of Les Jardins de Sothys are on the lakeside. The restaurant of the same name is a culinary must. The Dordogne, which is in the immediate vicinity, offers stunning views from several vantage points. Charming towns such as Argentat, Salers or the many 'plus beaux villages de France' in the area are worth a visit, as are the ruins of the Tours de Merle or Les Fermes du Moyen-Âge. The area also invites to an active holiday: canoeing on the Dordogne, long walks in the woods or maybe even skiing in the Monts de Cantal. In short, this holiday home offers something for everyone.

You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
