"This hotel surpassed my expectations. Although it is an older hotel with older furniture my room was spacious and well designed. I really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. The staff was very polite and helpful. My only complaint is the size of the ironing board. The size was so small that it should only be used for the clothes of a baby. Aside from that, everything was great. I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"This property has no on site laundry available and the plumbing is old and weak. It takes a long time of running the shower to get the hot water started, and the staff calls you non stop to rush you to check out. I received a call 30 minutes prior to check out and was already leaving the room when they called again right on the dot, and they claimed it was already 10 minutes after checkout. Even if it was, there should be a small grace window. Just overall not a pleasant stay experience. "

"Clean room, helpful staff, Bank of Taiwan was just around the corner, no trouble using the wifi on phone. There is an underground mall exit right in front of the hotel (Exit 11) that connects to the blue line MRT, but it doesn't have escalator/elevator. We used it to get around when it rained. Otherwise, we browsed through the surface shops along the way to Exit 14 which has an escalator and elevator. "
