Staff were very courteous especially at checkin and the porters. Wait staff in restaurants promptness could be improved . Rooms very clean and well appointed. Free bus transfer to MRT station very good. Although the bus stop at Yuanshan needs better signage at night.

Large variety for breakfast - was amazing! The room keep was consistent. Reception and concierge were very welcoming and helpful. I can not fault the hotel in any aspect.
