Artist's house with swimming pool in the Pièdes

House of 160 m2 on 4000 m2 of land planted with pines and oaks. Swimming pool of 5mx10m, protected by barriers. 5 bedrooms, a veranda of 20 m2, a living/dining room of 30 m2, the independent kitchen of 13 m2 completely renovated at the end of April 2026 At the back of the house, to the north, there is the possibility of having meals in the summer with more freshness. Fans in every room. Auras is a pretty village. Musical and dancing evenings are organised at the restaurant the "bistrot d'Aurons" on a pleasant square. We are located about half an hour from Arles, and the Luberon. Three quarters of an hour from Avignon, the Alpilles; Baux de Provence, Saint Remy de Provence, as well as Marseille and the sea. I usually live in the house and rent in the summer only, sometimes at Christmas or Easter. Of course, I take off my personal belongings and leave everything that is useful.
