「I loved it! I used this as a base camp to go hiking in Acadia NP, and it was perfect for that, but I also could have spent my entire two days at the property and been very content. As it was, I slept deeply on my air mattress in the loft and watched the beautiful sunrises while sitting at the shore and while eating breakfast at the table inside. 「My family enjoyed our time at this property. I received a friendly email prior to arrival with clear directions and local recommendations. It is a beautiful house, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture - perfect for relaxing and visiting. We loved the location, it is in a quiet neighborhood with multiple shopping and dining options nearby. It took us about 35 minutes to drive to the Bar Harbor area.」

「It was a get away to a quiet place with a lot of unique features. There is a walking path lit with colorful leds, that was fun to stroll. The out house is funky but very clean, a very rural experience. The cabin was very nice, almost like palacial tree house but on the ground. It was warm enough and I slept well too. 「We had such a wonderful week at the cottage! It was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Having Branch Lake a few steps from the house was amazing. We swam and canoed several days and explored Ellsworth, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Of course, we couldn’t miss the popovers at the Jordan Pond House.
