The staff were all great and very polite, but the room had a lot of defects... broken sink faucet, the shower was cold and would get very hot, then cold again and couldn't keep a steady temperature, the toilet did not flush well, and the room smelled like old cigarette smoke. The property was very beautiful. Appreciated all the amenities provided and also the fenced deck area for our puppy. Clean and comfy. Communication with Laura was great. She was very prompt in all responses by email. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
