Welcome to the Ridgeview Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences. No expense was spared in creating this incredibly relaxing, beautifully appointed, one-of-a-kind escape. Here, you will enjoy privacy and seclusion behind the gates of this home while admiring the peaceful and stunning Lake Austin. Located across from a nature preserve, this property enjoys privacy and a pristine view. This lakefront home is an entertainer’s paradise with a private beach, boat dock with TV and lounge area, pool and spa, , bocce ball and games court, and a game and media room. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. 30 night minimum.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
