This 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex is wheelchair accessible with an entry ramp, roll in shower and open space under the sink in kitchen and bath.

This half duplex of approx. 1000 Sq. Ft. can sleep up to 4 comfortably. The open living/dining/kitchen area has windows all along the front of the building for lots of natural light.

We have no contact check-in with key-less deadbolt. 

Pets allowed with a $50 pet fee. For bookings over 28 days, there won't be tax collected but the cleaning fee is $200 and pet fee is $100, to be requested.

The updated kitchen has everything you need to cook with and with the 2 folding chairs in the closet, the dining table seats 6. We offer fresh organic locally roasted coffee beans, a grinder, filters and a drip thermos coffee pot along with tea bags, sugar, cream, and Splenda. There is a Britta water pitcher, oil, basic condiments and some spices and herbs in the kitchen as well. There is a gas grill on the deck and tools and grate covers in the kitchen.

All of our properties are fully stocked with linens, towels and there is a washer and dryer and all the supplies, free for our guests' use.

There are no stairs up to the deck and front entryway from the driveway, and once you’re in it’s all one level with plenty of grab bars in the roll in shower and at the toilet. While we can’t say this property is ADA compliant, it’s been wheelchair friendly for many people.

There are Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom, with access to local channels with an antenna, and high speed protected wireless internet.

You are renting the entire property - this is NOT a shared space. You also have a reserved driveway that can fit one to two cars next to each other.

We typically don't interact with guests much, however we live nearby so, if you need anything at all, we are there for you. Call or text us!

This property is just .44 miles from Zilker Park, home to Barton Springs Pool. Located in the Barton Hills area is perfect for exploring Austin, being just a few miles from downtown and with easy access to restaurants, shops and entertainment.

There is a bus stop about a 2/3 mile away on Barton Springs Rd. if you want access to public transport. The hike and bike trails are also a fabulous way to get around Austin via bike or on foot.
You can rent bikes through Barton Springs Bike Rentals and they'll have them delivered to the property. Ask for our 10% discount.
Uber or Lyft are in Austin if you don't want to rent a car.
