This fabulous gated home with a large pool is tucked into one of the most ideal neighborhoods in Austin. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms and is set up perfectly for entertaining. We can comfortably sleep 8 guests. This house is perfect for SXSW, ACL, F1, UT Football, or a weekend with family and friends. Enjoy Lake Travis, Barton Springs, Zilker Park, and SoCo restaurants. Whether in Austin for business or pleasure, short term or long term, this is THE perfect area and oasis!

The primary bedroom has a King bed and a full bathroom with a shower, tub, and double sinks. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a queen-size bed and share a full bathroom with double sinks and shower. There is a full-size sofa bed upstairs in the open office area between the bedrooms. A pack-and-play is available and can be set up in any room for infants.

The open and inviting floor plan encourages conversation and warm gatherings. The fully-stocked chef's kitchen includes high-end appliances and a comfortable breakfast bar for a nice cup of coffee. The bright and airy living, dining, and kitchen open up to the outdoor living area with a pool.

The entire property is fenced and gated, with a large outdoor living area with a pool, gas grill, dining table, and outdoor furniture. Sonos system for your enjoyment!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property with a personalized door code. Working guests have blazing-fast wireless Internet, and families can access a pack-and-play and high chair.

There are spaces for 4 cars in the gated driveway and ample free street parking.

The fully fenced and gated yard and driveway provide a massive yard space while ensuring the desired privacy for our guests. This feature is particularly beneficial for small pets or children, allowing them to enjoy the outdoors safely.
