Adam was such a breeze to work with! The house was exactly as described. The only thing I would note is that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom is kind of low with the high bed- we both stuck our hands/arms in it lol

Cool Vibe!
This place offers such a cool vibe as soon as you walk in the door. They've done a great job of updating this place, would not expect such a cool interior for an older neighborhood. Landlord is very nice and responsive as needed. I'll stay again since so close to my daughter's home.

House is very tastfully decorated, comfortable and has very big screen TV loaded with apps/shows! We had a very nice stay and very comfortable! Adam went above and beyond to make this a great stay and was easy to contact! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Luxury stay, friendly and communicative property manager
We had a problem with our booking and within 5 minutes Adam called and fixed the issue. He went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was fun, easy, and comfortable. Every time we had a question, Adam was super quick to respond with a great answer and made us feel very welcome. Loved this stay and will definitely be booking with Adam again.

Owner very accommodating
Adam was above generous and accommodating. He is a phone call away and 2 min around the corner. He did more than he had to. I only recommend he update his listing for each unit separately, they both dont have the same accodmations. Also provide outside pictures of the property. For safety concerns I would not rent that particular property only due to the design but I will look for another Adam property.

Worst Stay Experience Ever- BEWARE
I’ve waited for a reasonable to see if owner would make things right before reviewing, hoping that I could leave honest review but then explain that he kept his word to make things right. Unfortunately, it’s now 2 + weeks & owner Becker will no longer return my attempts to reach him, although he promised me & VRBO to refund to make up for the horrible experience. First, listing says sleeps 6, it does not. Not even close, booked for my family: two adults & 3 kids (12 & under). Description does not tell you that any guest over THREE (3) will incur “additional guest fee” per guest- which is a substantial amount. VRBO explained its the owner who sets this option. Very deceiving to list sleeps 6 people & then charge extra for any guest after 3, aside from the extra person fee, until has 2 rooms with 2 queen beds, couch doesn’t pull out & it may be ok for a small child due to the size. When I booked ownerpromised to would purchase a queen “top of the line” air mattress. But when we arrived on Friday around 6:30pm, we looked around and did not see the air mattress. I texted the owner to ask, then headed to dinner. He was quick to respond but his respond was that he thought we would be bringing it- for a credit. I sent him screen shots of our conversation where he said he would have one there. So he said he would have someone drop it off. When we got back to the unit close to 10pm there was a cheap twin air mattress and pump left by front door. We brought it inside and started to unpack. One of the bedrooms has no closets doors, nor hanging bars- there were dishes left in dishwasher - clean? Not sure. Used coffee pod in coffee maker, overall cleanliness not good. Masterbath had only 2 towels, no soap to wash hands. Pump left for mattress was for camping and did not plug into a wall socket, at 11pm we had to sit outside and use our car to blow it up. Next day leaks started- every time we would turn on a faucet, we could not shower, it was enough water that when I stepped on floorboards blue tinted water from toilet splashed out from underneath floor. Sent owner pics & video - he sent someone who did nothing that we could tell except took towels we used to soak up water gushing from floor and put in drier. We spent 2 days without being able to shower, use bathrooms or wash hands without doing it as fast as possible to keep flooding down. When we checked out he said h
