Great for Kids and Adults

We had a great time at this facility. We were a group of ten, including two children and their mother; three twenty something’s; a married couple and two aunts. There were enough bedrooms and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and with a measure of privacy. The house was well appointed and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and in close proximity to all the things we wanted to do.

Overall location was convenient-lots of homeless people which is sometime scary! House was nice but bathroom need a major update! Mold in both showers and toilets were child size. Main sitting area was very nice but tv didn’t work very well because of its age! Needed more king size beds! For what we paid I expected better!

We had an awesome stay at this property! The house was spotless when we arrived and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. There were lots of rooms, which made it perfect for a group or family trip. The location couldn’t have been better — everything we needed was just a short drive away, whether it was restaurants, stores, or local attractions.Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, which made the whole experience stress-free. The host was also fantastic with communication — very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, it was the perfect home base for our trip, and we’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in the area!

We absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back. Communication with the house before and during the trip was great. Although this would not stop us from coming back my only suggestion would be to have tvs in other rooms. There is only 1 in the whole house. The pool was great the house was beautiful and clean. 0 complaints! if youre in Austin check out this location.

Nice pad . Dont like the fact rhat we are instructed to do a lot of things when a cleaning fee is charged…. Come on. i am a fellow Vrbo owner and would never ask guests to ‘chore up’ .

Great clean house next to the Bat Bridge and Austin downtown

Great house! The only minor nitpick is that the first-floor guest bathroom (not the master bedroom one but the small one) had water tap with a broken handle that fell off when I touched it :) I still managed to open the tap and get some water so no big deal really. Hopefully the house owner will fix it ASAP!

Great property. Clean, big, plenty of bedrooms. Needed more kitchen items: larger skillet, mixing bowls, tongs, spatula. Had to be very creative making breakfast. Enjoyed the area and will absolutely rent again! Thank you!

Comfy and cozy rental. Had all the supplies for a great stay in Austin. Easy communication. Clean. The shared pool worked great as we had friendly neighbors. The location is excellent -- walking distance to Rainey.
