Very dirty carpets and smelled old in the room. Only provided 2 towels and a roll of toilet paper for the 4 nights stay of 4 people. Had to keep asking for towels. Very dirty and stained couches. Breakfast was very limited. Would not recommend

Highly recommend finding another hotel - dirty, bugs in rooms, shower didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t flush, rooms reeked of cologne for air fresher. No towels available when asked for extra, only two were in room.

Expedia does false advertisement for the room credit when booking. There was no valet parking and no food or beverage credit. Our room didn’t have AC and it was 2 am so we didn’t switch rooms until the following day. Bathrooms were not the cleanest and outlets didn’t work.

The value for the stay was great! Large double room with own work/lounge area. The property def needs some tlc. Chipped paint, broken lighting fixtures, chipped bathroom tiles, etc. As long as you are able to look past these small issues the value was great and staff was friendly. Included breakfast was basic but still a great value.

It was a place to sleep. Pretty dirty. Stair well had food dumped on the floor that looked like it had been there a while. Boogers on the walls in the room, drapes were extremely dirty. Evening staff definitely didn’t have any pep in his step to get anything done.

Worst staff ever, especially the property manager. I accidentally booked the wrong date, showed up to check in and they wouldn’t switch over the day for me. They made me rebook another stay and refused refund for the wrong original booking. Horrible staff!

The room was full of roaches and was completely disgusting for my family. The girls could not even bring themselves to shower in the room after they woke up in the morning and discovered roaches all in the room. I have attached a still photo but it will not let me upload the videos I also have of the roaches
