  • Think of this home as your practical and comfortable landing spot while you’re in Austin for the big events. Whether you’re in town for SXSW, ACL, Formula 1, or a packed festival weekend when hotels are hard to come by, this three-bedroom house gives you space to spread out and recharge.

    The layout includes two queen beds and a queen daybed, making it a great fit for small groups or families traveling together. There are two full bathrooms, including one with a bathtub for a relaxing reset after a long day out. Heating and air conditioning keep the house comfortable year-round.

    The real highlight is the backyard. Enjoy a fully covered porch and a fenced yard lined with string lights - perfect for winding down in the evenings, sharing drinks with friends, or starting your morning with a quiet cup of coffee before heading back out into the city.

The location couldn’t have been better, with so many great restaurants nearby and set in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood that felt safe and inviting.Lennie was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and made everything so easy.
