They literally turned me away at the door, even though I had a confirmed reservation. I was just out, with a bag, in the middle of the night, in a city I don't know. The man behind the counter closed the window and turned his back.

dont go there

Company says they dont accept any reservations from any provider, clerk was sleeping there in couch, grouchy. There is a bell to wake him up. dont understand why its called deluxe inn. AC unit with loud mototr noise, cant sleep. Dont stay there.

Deluxe Ripoff Inn

I reserved a room for 2 nights through hotels.com at a price of $140 for the 3 nights. When I got to the motel there was a sign in the window of a list of reservation sites saying that they do not accept reservations from those sites. So I ended up having to pay $179 for the 2 nights instead of the $140. They also advertise free wifi. When I asked about logging onto the wifi I was told that there was no wifi provided. Another desk clerk gave me the login info. The room did come with a mini fridge and microwave. However the microwave was not working, the button to open it was gutted out, and the fridge was set to freezing so I lost some food due to it freezing. When I called to report the microwave the desk guy hung up on me. I called back and he snapped and cussed me telling me that it would be taken care of and told me to "chill out". He ignored the issue. It wasn't until hours later that another desk clerk got me a different fridge and the guy who brought it up to my room treated me like an idiot. There were also blood stains in the room and though I requested no maid service the maid still came into the room. The only reason I paid $89 a night for a room that was reserved for $70 a night was there were no other rooms in the area for a lower price. I've stayed in motels that were in worse shape than this for around $49 a night and got better service. $89 for this place is way over priced, especially for the location.

I never have left a review before but I have to let people know I was really disappointed with this place. Ac /heating broken. Refrigerator not working. Microwave works. Trash in room. Etc.

Hands down the worst motel I have ever seen. The lady in the office told us to go look at the room before paying... so she knew! The room stunk, the carpet was so dirty and obviously had not been vacuumed in YEARS. None of the furniture matched. The bed was barely made - the sheets didn’t match and the pillow (and I use the term loosely) cases were stained. I couldn’t even look in the bathroom. We hightailed it out of there so fast. Thankfully, the Motel 6 had vacancies and it was like the Ritz compared to this place. DISGUSTING PLACE!!!!!

Unique about the property!? Lets start with the blood stains from the murder victim who stayed before me. Pools of blood in exact same configuration spaced 2 feet apart over 15 feet...indicating the now deceased must have tried to crawl for help. Or the burns ALL OVER the tub where the drug addicts enjoyed baths while enjoying their crack as well. Stains and sploches that I dont even want identified all over the bedding and floors. This by the way....is the second room we were showed after refusing to stay in the first one. . . .
