- Beautiful townhouse nestled among towering live oaks. 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, 2 baths, and a double-bed size sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps six comfortably. Small deck off living room with table & chairs. Awesome roof-top deck with views of the Capitol. Eat-in kitchen with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all dishes, glassware and utensils. May be combined, pending availability, with Eleven Oaks Suite to provide accomodations for eight people. Both Your hosts, Janelle and Ted, are on call to meet any need. Eleven Oaks Townhouse is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, indoors and out. Eleven Oaks Townhouse is not an STR party house. Occupancy is limited to six. Gatherings of people in addition to the renters is prohibited without the express permision of the hosts.

We picked this location for Bookfest, everything was in walking distance which was a huge plus for us! We loved the trees and met a very friendly raccoon! The Hosts are super friendly and welcoming they make sure we are taken care of!We will definitely stay again!

The place was absolutely perfect! We loved the rooftop deck, it was super quiet, friendly and gracious hosts, great selection of books in the house, and tons of privacy. I can't imagine what more we could have asked for (aside from better weather, but you can't blame the hosts for that!)

Great place close to campus!
We stayed here while going to Austin for a UT Campus tour. This was the perfect place. It was very private with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Lots of restaurants and other attractions in walking distance.

Was a nice quiet spot conveniently located! The place very well organized and well kept! We were in town for an event at the moody center and it was a short drive from there. Lots of places within walking distance. We loved it!
