The Cabana House features a chef's kitchen with beer taps and its own pool, spa, golf simulator, outdoor kitchen, tennis courts, regulation volleyball, and a putting green. There is a Main House with Primary Suite and private balcony overlooking the lake. The Gym House has a fully equipped home gym as well as spa and salon with sauna, massage room, plunge tub and steam shower. The Guest House has a two story library, multiple primary-style suites and a 2 bedroom apartment with living area and kitchen. This property is regularly set for 14 guests with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.
