Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Disappointment

Booked this location and initially had no problems. Then no return communication from the owner regarding accessing the property until after contacting the VRBO Help line and then 2 hrs after the 3pm check-in, the owner sends a text. By then VRBO had already found a temporary hotel room for us. The location was in a very unsafe neighborhood and the building was unkept. I would not recommend anyone book this location
