The place was clean and a beautiful view. Great location as well.The only negative is that there were no hand towels and the towels that were there were stained. There was also no coffee. I think those two things would make for a perfect stay at this beautiful high rise.

Great views! Loved the property and having the peloton right there in the main area. Would recommend bringing/ordering ahead coffee pods if you plan to use the Nespresso machine as there wasn't any provided

Great apartment

We had to come into Austin for some business. Typically, we stay at some of the nicer resorts, Commodore Perry, or Four Seasons. This time we opted for this beautiful apartment. The views were beautiful. It was super clean and the communication was top-notch! I would highly recommend this property.

Lady Bird's Lookout was exactly as advertised and very clean. Easy check-in and a wireless key fob was provided for access to the elevator and the door to the unit. Nice views of the lake and easy access to Rainey Street with great bars and restaurants. Only 30 yards to the trail along the North side of the lake. Terrific and responsive host.

Lady Bird Lookout and the amenities were wonderful. I can’t say enough about the room. One suggestion for every rental that I was shocked not to see. Have a simple piece of paper or card or something in each room explaining where to eat and shop that’s within walking distance. I had this discussion with two other people in the elevator. You can’t find a luxury resort that doesn’t include something in the room to explain what you can see within walking distance. It was very strange and I’ve stayed all over. People at the front desk are sometimes not even there late so you are sort of lost navigating downtown Austin.

I had a great stay here! The space was beautifully decorated with a really calming aesthetic. Everything I needed was right there—super comfortable and well thought out. One small thing that made a big impact: the bath wash smelled amazing. It’s the little touches like that that really set a place apart.Would definitely stay again!

There's no light or blinds in the bedroom which is just such a rookie flaw for such an expensive room.No hooks or soap dish in bathroom or door on shower, which again.. idk how that is even a thing.Used toiletries, not enough dish or laundry pods, dirty garbage disposal (shot food remnants everywhere when I accidentally hit the switch)Just very obvious oversights on some very basic, every day things that I'm still shocked even exist. If these aren't fixed after this review, I'd be even more shocked that anyone would think this is okay to charge people 200/night for. Very disappointed in the whole place. Sure, it's pretty, but extremely impractical.Also the universal checkout time is 11am, idk who decided 10 am
