Perfect property for entertaining!

We stayed with a group of 7 and used both houses. This is a perfect entertaining property! Great furnishings & decor! Spacious living room & kitchen space. The backyard is a dream! Property felt really secure with full fence & gated drives! The room with the bunk beds is actually adjoined to the master so it would make a great family type room as it isn’t its own room per se. We had plenty of space without using it! Lucas is great to communicate with and is very responsive! If you stay at this property you won’t be disappointed!

Exceeded Expectations

Stayed here four nights with our extended family of 24 people and it could not possibly have been better. The main home and guest house have both been very tastefully remodeled and beautifully decorated. Everything looked very new. Main house dining space has a large table with seating for 10, a large kitchen island with seating for six and another high-top table in an adjoining room that seats four. Primary bedroom is huge. The bunk room with four queen-sized bunk adjoins it and was ideal for one of our families with lots of kids. Bathrooms were also ample for our group. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a jack-and-jill bathroom setup and 5 bedrooms have access to three separate full hall baths. Pictures don’t do justice to the huge backyard of this property which features extensive artificial turf that was ideal for children to run and play on, plus the putting green. A very large deck surrounding a shade tree was ideal for an outdoor cookout for our entire group. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with both adults and children. The home sits very close to lots of different options for shopping and dining. Food delivery for our large group was very easy. As far as interaction with the property management, communication from Lucas was very clear and responses to inquiries were very quick and thorough. We look forward to our next visit to Austin and a return visit to this beautiful property.
