The room qas in a decent condition but it is a outdated. The paking in not includes witht the stay. You have to pay a separate fee for parking withing the hotel premises besids youy stay. However, the staff was friendly and courteous.

The staff was actually very supportive and kind. The room was disgusting though. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtain, stains on the sheets and the carpet was gross. We only stayed one night of the four we had booked.

The room was clean, location was great, the staff was prompt but not especially welcoming. Breakfast was too busy, no fault of the hotels, and the other guests left things rather poorly. Staff was quick to clean up though.

The staff was good and prompt. The area is fantastic bu the room did have a distinct smell and the tub was pealing and had mold building around corners Had to wear sandles to shower just incase.

My room had hot water and the bed was comfortable. Curtains were ripped, no iron or hairdryer. Decent breakfast. Gym was closed until further notice. I stayed on a Saturday, during which valet was a requirement. I paid around $101 for the room, and $55 for mandatory valet (although my room literally opened up to the parking garage). Great location.

The staff doesn’t have a good customer service attitude. The rooms are dirty, the sheets look yellowish, poor quality on the pillows and more than anything the room and the restroom were dirty and the carpet was wet in the area near to the A/C. Another thing it doesn’t say online is the parking, is not included with you stay. A good thing is the price per night and the location.

The lobby staff was very nice however the hotel is terrible- it is old and run down. We were there for 4 days- The room was never serviced, we never got any new towels. There was one tiny bar of soap and the smallest shampoo I’ve ever seen. The shower was mediocre and barely hot. We had to empty our own trash cans. Half the time, the room keys didn’t work and we had to get new ones. I do not recommend this hotel.
