Crazy $50 mandatory valet parking!! Exterior smelled of trash, run down. Interior room was ok. Check in staff was friendly. Roach in breakast area and breakfast area staff did not speak or understand English

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The place is quite worn down but conveniently located right next to the Capitol building, and within walking distance of downtown Austin and UT Austin. Works fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. The housekeeper in our corridor was not very friendly, but at least the one in the opposite corridor was, giving us a hello and a smile to start our day.
