Very nice staff. Amazing price for what I got. Had a broken smoke detector in my room though but I can't complain too much because the price was that good
Staff are very pleasant. They make you feel very welcomed.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to many places. Soap bar left in bathroom from previous guest. Random person not staying at the hotel came into the lobby to try and scam me for money.
Overall, the motel was pretty good. The breakfast was lackluster and the motel does not have amenities such as a gym or restaurant, but the room was clean, the refrigerator and microwave in the room worked, etc. The only real problem was the lack of hot water.

Good location and convenient. Easy roomy parking lots. There are too many roaches every where in the room. There is no room service including towels changes or room cleaning even after requests. Never been at a hotel like this and hope this is the last time.

Disappointed
No waste basket, door was broken with a gap. Not happy with overall cleanliness’s of the place. Pool not available
Check in was a bit of a mess. Agent was short and rude.
Had to call maintenance about plumbing.
No hot breakfast was available all 5 mornings we were there.
Coffee was not great in lobby but also often ran out and agent did not attempt to brew more.
Housekeeping did not come for 3 out of the 4 days we stayed. Asked for more towels on day 3 and got them along with attitude and excuses.
Parking is very limited. Advised to use handicapped spaces “for convenience.”
No shade/umbrellas in pool area at all.
While the staff is friendly and helpful...i would strongly advise you to keep driving a block and stay at the fairfield inn my marriot. They had no towels for my kids after they went swimming....infact we had no towels in the room at all. Had to ask the front office and then they only gave us one. There are holes in the walls, curtans, ans ceiling. And while maybe some updates have been done there is much more that need to be done.....i know its a cheap hotel....but also know theres a REASON its cheap.

The customer service was nice and the room was nice, but our shower didn’t work at all. The shower head had no grip tape underneath so it was just leaking causing no water pressure.
the room's photo was super misleading. the beds were itself nice, clean. but the close, bathroom is super super bad. there are strains on all over the tub, door is not painted, and not good (need to push extra hard to lock). seems a very old hotel (actually motel) where some parts are renovated. outside of hotel is a shady environment too!
Not shown on the internet, but this place is very unsafe and dirty. Homeless people stay next to the rooms given to customers. The room we got smells very bad. The day I got to this place, there was a line of people in front of the checkin that were requesting to cancel their reservations. I booked it through expedia, so they refused to cancel mine (though I felt very unsafe). Good thing the front desk person was very nice and understanding.
Things i liked:
1. The mattress was excellent , 2) the size of the room and refrigerator. 3) we were workig from room so desk and chair was perfect and comfortable. 4) Mexican restaurant practicality on the parking Area of the hotel.
Things I did not like:
1. There was a closet but they had no hangers available. 2)water wasn't hot just very warm.
3. They had a pool but it was closed and they were preparing it for opening in two weeks nothing was mentioned on the website.
4. By looking at the website it looked like the breakfast was continental. It turned out to be cereal, toast, yogurt, mini muffins and on the 3rd day was the first time we saw oatmeal. Breakfast started at 6am and by 7am mostly everything was gone and you would have to go to the staff and they would put out a little bit more.if you call the hotel in there greeting they mention a hot breakfast which is non-existent.
For us the place was close to areas we had to go an the room and bed was excellent which was our priority.

They say "you get what you pay for" which is usually true, but there should be a standard for every hotel, even if it was free. The environment inside the room was immediately uninviting with the smell of cigarettes. The blankets had many cigarette burn marks which confirmed what we thought about the smell. Parts of the floorboard felt like we would fall down into the first floor. The shower area is very short, rather the shower floor is too high, so good luck if you're any taller than 6', you'll be kissing the ceiling. The TV we were provided was monitor-sized and had a broken screen, and within 3 hours of communicating that, they did replace it for a nicer, bigger TV, but I'm afraid they'll give the smaller broken one to the next "sucker" who books another room. Breakfast was an issue 2/4 mornings; their breakfast hours are 6-9 AM, and two times—both around 8:20 AM—they had already ran out of breakfast. The pool was definitely a nice addition, and the A/C was great at night. The fridge was decent in size and quality. Overall I wouldn't stay here again, but it was the cheapest hotel in Austin.

Room was fairly cleaned. We never had a remote for the tv the entire time. They never had extra pillows, towels or blankets (we were actually questioned why we needed extra). Front desk attendant actually didn’t have any shoes on. THEY DO NOT HAVE BREAKFAST (unless you count cereal and oatmeal packs). Don't count on the Mexican restaurant next door! (WE GOT FOOD POISONING!) Lots of activity from both Hotel Staff and Guests (Staff power washing doors at 9am & people yelling in the parking lots at 2am). We were very cautious about our valuables in the car because of the amount of houseless people lurking & loitering in the parking lots. Only positive thing I can say is how close it is to the University area. (If you’re hungry, take a little drive to the nearest P.Terrys)

One bed was missing a blanket and sheets were pulled back like someone used it and room smelled like cigarettes. Property was dirty and had people walking around and sitting in front of there rooms. Felt unsafe the moment we pulled up
The place was not as described. Place was disgusting. I entered room and it was gross. Condom on the floor, pee in toilet, and room smelled of weed and cigarettes. The 2nd room he tried was not put together pillows off couch and still smelled. The front desk guy was very polite and apologized numerous times.
