I saw 4 drug deals go down. There was NO hot water. There was no remote for the tv I went to the office to get one and the remote didn't work. There were people yelling and loud cars in the middle of the night. Will never stay there again.

They had no light bulbs in their lamps, they had no towels I had to go to the store to buy some, they had people smoking drugs outside, noisy outside the room, they had hair on the bed sheets on their shower curtain and in the shower floor, had no toilet paper I had to go buy some, I went to ask for towels and toilet paper as well as shampoo and conditioner bottles and they said they didn’t have any clean one that the cleaning crew left for the day. The staff at the front counter was rude when I went to ask why my key card wasn’t letting me back in my room to finish grabbing my things from the room to check out. I wouldn’t recommend this motel for anyone to stay in especially if you’re a clean type of person like myself. They also locked the back door where we have to go through to get to the front and they wouldn’t u lock the door even when we knocked on it for someone to open it the staff member told me we have to walk all the way around and come through the front door. He was rude all around with customers. All night long we had people yelling outside our room and honking.

Upon arrival it was obvious we had been deceived by the favorable reviews and photos. The property was very run down. It was evident some of the rooms housed extended-stay residents. There were several, either extended-stay residents or vagrants loitering around in front of several of the rooms. Loud music was playing. Everywhere garbage could be seen on the ground. At least one abandoned/disabled car on flat tires was present. Got to the room and it appeared that someone had kicked the door in at some point, evident by the bend and crease at the bottom. Upon entering the room there was the odor of cigarette smoke and floor was soaked with water, squishing beneath our feet with every step. We immediately requested a refund, which they granted, and left (we were lucky to have requested a refund within 30 minutes. A customer in front of us was begging for a refund because the room made her “itchy” and the they refused since it had been over 30 minutes). Side note - GPS had taken us to another hotel up the street. The clerk there directed us to the Baymont. We returned to her hotel and told her of our experience. She smiled, laughed and said “Yeah when you asked for directions there I almost said “See you back shortly”. So sad because we’ve stayed at Baymont’s in the past and they’ve been wonderful. Hoping this negative review encourages ownership to update/clean up their property.

I took the one night penalty and stayed at another hotel. After I walked in I chose not to stay there. Poor outward appearance. Smelled and noisy.

I was already nervous before arriving, and when I arrived that nervousness heightened due to all of the questionable movement going on in the lot. However, I booked a room with a no return policy so I had to stay. Pros: Reasonably priced, great shower and water temp, no bugs in my room at least, room set up to deter bed bugs by having metal bed frame and laminate floors, close to many things. Cons: Dirty towels (like recently used, refolded, and placed back on shelf), a weird digital glass mirror that made me feel watched, too many people wandering around the area, not enough parking. Conclusion: I’m quite sure there’s other low cost rooms in the area that I would forfeit my payment rather than stay, so this one isn’t bad enough not to stay, but it is a last resort for me.

The place was not as described. Place was disgusting. I entered room and it was gross. Condom on the floor, pee in toilet, and room smelled of weed and cigarettes. The 2nd room he tried was not put together pillows off couch and still smelled. The front desk guy was very polite and apologized numerous times.

1 star is too kind...Run. do not get fooled by pictures. The room smelled like it had been smoked in for 20 years. Front staff uninterested in any kind of customer service. Music blaring all night, remote didnt work than TV turned on mysteriously at 1 am full blast. Drugs bust happened with police. People live here full time. Ended up finding a different place!

Does not look anything like on the web. One bed was missing pillows, the door wouldn’t close all the way looked like it had been kicked in. The shower was grey and black with dirt. The sink was stained red from something splashing on it. We didn’t get enough towels after asking. Something bit my husband on the nose as we slept. Will never stay here again.
