We had an amazing weekend here. The location is great if you want to walk South Congress, it's also really close to the bat observation center. It would've been nice for the fan to work in the bedroom, however, it was mentioned in the description that it was just a light. Would definitely book again.

Adorable and Cozy

Apartment was clean, and in a great location! Very cute and comfortable setup. Its easy to walk to Rainey Street (25 mins), and bars/restaurants/shopping on SoCo. There's also easy access to a park and the river!The only thing to keep in mind is Google Maps may direct you to the upper level of Ego's bar. We had to double back around, but that isn't on the hosts, just something to keep in mind. The hosts were available to answer any questions we had and were very polite!

Great location, by many attractions. Hairs & bugs in the bed, mold embedded in the caulk around the tub, wild animals in the ceiling above the bedroom. The back outdoor area is unkept. The community is advertised as old and outdated. The pool and pool area are not kept up. The unit itself was clean except for the items mentioned above but also needs updating and has the very bare basics. YouTubetv had been signed out, after an hour working with the management we got back in. Please note that the washer and dryer are not located in the unit which is as advertised.
