Stay in Austin

We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful apartment. The location was perfect. However, there were a few things that were NOT expected. The patio door handle was broken.There were NO plates, NO coffee cups (there was a coffee maker!), and no dish towels. There were also only 2 glasses. We had to purchase paper plates and coffee cups. I wish there had been blankets for the beds ( which were very comfortable).All in all we had a good stay.

Unpleasant Stay

Door knob on the patio was broken and had to fix it in order to lock it. There was no wireless. Halfway through the day, a breaker flipped and we spent the rest of our time in the dark, including showers and bathrooms, using our iPhone flashlights. They said they would come and fix it, but then we never heard from them again.

The property did not meet our expectations based on the listing. While it was advertised as a “luxurious” two-bedroom, two-bath with amenities, the overall condition and experience were disappointing.The check-in process was more complicated than expected, requiring multiple steps and additional fees before we could access the property details.Upon arrival, we noticed the carpets in the hallways were heavily soiled, the unit felt dusty, and one bathroom had a visible ceiling leak with peeling paint on the floor. We contacted the property manager right away, and although they were responsive, this issue made the stay less comfortable.Amenities were very limited — only a few towels, basic toiletries, and no extras such as coffee or bottled water. Given the price and description, we anticipated a higher standard.In summary, the property needs better upkeep and clearer representation in its listing.
