Great house with a gorgeous deck!

The location is excellent, house was clean, beautifully decorated, very cold a/c, well equipped kitchen and baths, comfy beds and soft bedding. The pool, deck, and view was my favorite part of the house!

Tranquil Staycation

The Misty Hill house was the perfect spot for my families relaxing reset. We enjoyed the top balcony the most, in the morning with our coffee. Especially looking out over the golf course and bird watching. The layout of the kitchen and living room were also open and had beautiful views. We all took advantage of the refreshing pool and the pool floats. The last night we also grilled and sat out on the spacious patio. I was also excited to be in a different part of town with Trader Joe’s and the restaurants in the Arboretum. I highly recommend this house and the hosts were top notch!

Great but Weird

View was great and pool was fun. But very strange layout. The only access to the pool was through the master bedroom. (Yes, you read that correctly.) And master toilet closet was smaller than cruise ship potty. If interested in grilling, the journey to grill is from kitchen through dining room, down flight of stairs, down another flight, through master bedroom out to deck, down another flight of steps, and across patio to other side of yard. But if those things are not important it is a lovely house.

Decent place

House was overall nice and in a very quiet area, which was appreciated. Clean living quarters, but the pool cleanliness was a bit dicey. This could be due to the time of year; lots of pollen, so the pool water had a yellow tinge and we had to skim for debris a couple times per day. I wouldn’t describe it as “luxury”, but my expectations are very high with that word. The deck could use a power washing. Everything was covered in a bit of grime and a wipe down wasn’t sufficient. Overall the place was comfortable. Yard maintenance guy ended up busting our rental car window on accident, which was not a pleasant thing to deal with. Had we not approached him about it he might have left without telling us; felt like he brushed it off as not his problem and went about his lawn maintenance after we confronted him and he admitted it. Host was apologetic and compensated us in the form of a modest refund after we asked for it. Really not fun to deal with but appreciated they didn’t balk when asked for compensation. Probably should have asked for more given the headache and time spent having to deal with the rental company and tracking down another car, but I was too exasperated with the situation to negotiate.
