Peaceful and quiet but not too far from the action

This part of town is quiet and peaceful. The property itself has things to do like fitness gym, pickleball, and a pool. Yet it's not that far from downtown or other areas that are active. Sometimes it's great to escape the chaos back into quiet time when it's all said and done. The unit itself was super clean and exactly as the photos posted. I'll definitely look at this property the next time I'm in town.

Not quite as pictured

I was not given information about how many entrances there were and where our unit was located. We arrived when it was dark and could not find our building. I called the owner and text and did not get a reply until hours later when i figured out that our building was actually on Grove not the address that was sent to me. The ottoman and sofa legs were broken. They are loose and could not be tightened. My son almost fell when he went to sit on the ottoman. Could also use a good deep clean. There were cobwebs in corners and ceilings and vents were also pretty dirty.
