This house is located in the best neighborhood in Austin. Steps away from the great shopping and restaurants that SoCo has to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the Love Escape!

This property was awesome! It is one of the nicer, cleaner rental properties I’ve stayed in and room for 7 guests and then some. We were in town for a bachelorette and the space and location, especially, were perfect. The back yard is also very well landscaped and was perfect for group pictures! I would stay here again and recommend to others as well.

Fantastic House

This house is adorable and I'm the best location! The beds are super comfy and it's decorated beautifully! We are pretty picky on our rentals and this one did not disappoint. Communication was amazing and they were so accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Clean, cute house near Congress St

These accomodations were excellent. Well-equipped kitchen with a variety of staples, including spices, sugar, flour, vinegar and others. Icemaker not available so will need to purchase ice. Soft sheets on supportive beds. Great choice for our family of 5 adults.

My husband had a great birthday celebration with some of his best friends. When I asked him what was his favorite part of the house, he said the backyard. They loved the house & the location but their favorite part was hanging out back by the fire pit and grilling. Great property all around. Thank you.

Great location and home, but safety and cleanliness issues

The house was well laid out with plenty of room for a family or friends. When we checked in there were tons of fruit flies and piled up garbage outside. The viewable areas were relatively clean, but areas under tables couches and beds were filthy. In addition, the fire pit instructions mentioned using the gas to start the fire, but the pipe had a hole leading to flames shooting out from it when lit underneath the fire pit. I jumped back and avoided getting burned and luckily I asked my kids and wife to stay away when I was getting it started or they could have been hurt.

Clean, great location, but safety issue not addressed during stay

The house was clean, accurately as described on listing, excellent location, great backyard porch. However the management company did not address an issue with safety that we reported during our stay. The sliding door in the master bedroom would not lock. Management company requested photos. Never heard back from them nor did anyone come to look at the lock. We had to use the handle of a broom to wedge in the frame. The fact anyone could have broken in was unsettling. And the lack of addressing the issue or following up was even more upsetting. My best experiences with vrbo have been when the communication is directly with the owner. I will beware of future stays managed by Vacasa.

We got all the info in a timely way from Vacasa. We appreciated the ability to check in early after cleaners departed.The house is gorgeous. Very comfortable for an extended family. All the amenities you’d need for cooking. Has basic cooking supplies: spices, oil, vinegar, sugar, flour, etc.Location of the house couldn’t be better for a wedding at the South Congress Hotel.

Great location and comfortable spot!

My husband, aunt and I stayed at this cute little bungalow for 4 nights. It is in a great location. We walked to S Congress every morning for coffee and breakfast. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and lovely. Beds were comfortable. Bedding was nice. We will stay again!

Great Location

We were in Austin attending a wedding at South Congress Hotel and this house was less than a 3 minute walk. Perfect location and so convenient to all the shops/restaurants on S. Congress. Home was clean, updated and beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.

Felt Right At Home

The pictures on this listing do not do this home justice. It is so beautiful, inside and out, and my team and I felt right at home. It is - hands down - the BEST rental house I've ever stayed in. Quiet, lovely neighborhood, just a short walk from Congress Ave and all of the restaurants and shops on the row. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful house and location

However the house was sweltering when we arrived so we had to leave for hours until it cooled off. Called turnkey and they said someone could look at it the next day. Then the Uverse tv was not connected without instructions and so we asked for help but never received it.
