There was no bedspread or blanket of any type in the room and the AC had no control, so I ended up wearing my hoodie to bed and using my coat for a quilt. The flooring in the bathroom was coming up - I didn't use the shower. The room looked nothing like the picture on the website. I would never stay there again.

Was harassed by another guest calling my room all night. Did not know him. I was visiting from out of town. It made me very uncomfortable that I checked out in the morning. Told staff they did not care

I found this property to be unsafe (one room had no night latch on). there were people hanging out in pickup trucks blasting music in the parking lot, and being noisy. I also noticed one of the towels was dirty. On Sunday night I was unable to sleep because there were two dogs in the unit above mine that were barking late into the night (I recorded this). The hotel management was really unhelpful and were even trying to guilt trip me because i did not walk out of my room at 2 am, go to the "front desk" which was locked by the way, there was no one there, and did not tell them about it right there at 2 am. The room smelt like cigarette smoke and humidity. It was overall an awful experience.

staff was super kind, but the room was absolutely filthy. the bed was broken, there were roaches, a mysterious puddle by the bed, trash under the bed and stuck to the wall?? again, not blaming the staff as they were very kind and helpful, but we were very unhappy with our room.

Room had cockroaches which was already gnarly but it was worse the bed was literally broken in half. The tv had no remote. The door doesn’t lock it just can deactivate the key fob but does not deadbolt. Would avoid at all costs in the future.

I did not like the interaction with the front desk receptionist. I believe she had an attitude regarding my response to rules that did not apply to me and my stay. Furthermore, I came to realize that several of their hotel room was incinerated. That may be the reason for the attitude of the receptionist.

The girl at the front desk was very sweet when we I checked in. The room met super basic need of a place to sleep with a working toilet near the airport. That's pretty much where things end. Sheets and towels were stained and dirty. The shower looked questionable enough to discourage use. Thebiggest issue was that the door to my room wouldn't fully seal when closed. As a result, it sounded like it was being opened every time the wind blew or someone walked by. It didn't feel safe and I was happy to have to catch a early flight out. Unfortunately not a place I'd recommended.

When I arrived at the property, to check in, there was no one at the desk. I waited close to 20 minutes before someone came. When she did come, she was very unfriendly nd unhelpful. Ultimately, she refused to check me in and I had to go somewhere else. I think it was a blessing in disguise, though, because the property felt so unsafe and dirty.
