NOISE, PARTIES MONITORING: No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours: 10pm- 9AM. The home is equipped with a Minut noise detection device that measures decibel levels (it does not record audio) to ensure quiet hours are respected. A Google Hub smart display in the living room is for automatic lighting control only and has no camera or recording capabilities. Outdoor security cameras are located on the front and side of home.
