Quiet area comfy stay

Home was clean and area was quiet. A few parts of neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, but I had a great comfortable stay. Connecting to the tv was super easy, and wifi was fast. Great for a quiet stay.

We were visiting Austin for a family weekend event and found this house to be centrally located to the places we needed to go. The house is clean and comfortable, and the layout is perfect. I loved the decor and the mid century vibe. Booking and communication was excellent.

Not worth it. Host unreasonable.

This house was modern and spacious, Nicely laid out.Beds were very comfortable. Spent 2 weeks in purgatory.House was not properly cleaned. Frying pans were so old and the host sent over 2 new ones. I had asked the woman who delivered the new frying pans if she was the house keeper she said no. I told her the house was full of dust. She said she would tell the host. But try to sleep. Forget it.. The people in the house next door are up in the yard from midnight till 6 a.m. EVERY Night. Throwing things around, yelling, Cars in and out of the driveway. The bedrooms are on that side of the house. No matter how loud you put the T.V. to drown out the noise from the yard it just didn’t work. The HAVC unit when it turns on is so loud even with the bedroom doors closed.Then you have the cars in the neighbor hood with the loud exhaust systems blowing past the houses. This is not a tranquil place..So if you’re going to spend any time inside the house forget it. Even sitting n the back yard the dog next door barks and at least 3 cats sitting on the fence staring at you. Garbage disposals did it work the whole time. Host wanted to know when i would be there so he could send a repair man in. That should have been taken care of before I got there. I was not sitting home for a repair man to come. This was my vacation time. Cleaning service called the day before we left to come and clean. Thanks anyway. I cleaned myself. NOT RECOMMENDED

Great Stay

Property was exactly as described. Stayed with friends, and we appreciated the open floor plan. Would definitely stay again when in Austin!
