The Lakeway Marina is a short walk down the street where they can provide all of your boating needs for enjoying time on the lake. Lakeway has so much to offer, including restaurants, wineries, distilleries, and shopping of all kinds, and there are hiking trails throughout town, four golf courses, and tennis.

Everything in Austin and the Hill Country is within an hour's drive, yet you can always stay home and kick back on one of three furnished outdoor seating areas and enjoy the scenery of a spring-fed creek at the bottom of the property.

Inside, there will be no lack of comfort and space to enjoy, as this home boasts an open interior, high-end furnishings, and fun tile flooring throughout. The living area will be the hub for gathering and watching TV. Meanwhile, the chef of the group will love preparing tasty meals in the full kitchen using stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and modern cookware. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
