The home was lovely for our little girls' trip. Plenty of space and the pool was great! A few of the ceiling lights weren't working and we could've used some more cleaning supplies - but other than that it was a great stay!

Texas Project

This property worked perfectly for some co workers and I. We are from PA and had a project in Texas, so we rented this property for two weeks instead of having to stay in hotel rooms. There was plenty of space for all of us to have our own beds and the pool was a huge bonus. Will definitely be staying again.

Great Place to Stay

This was an absolutely beautiful home with the exception of the 2nd floor pationfurntiure being destroyed (not as advertised) and the pool or hot tub being filled with leaves and bugs the entire trip (likely due to weather and time of year traveling).

Nice house but not clean

This house was great, but there was dead and alive bugs crawling throughout it. The pool was not clean like pictures. The other complaint is only master bedroom had hot water.

The pictures were misleading

The house not as expected. The pictures were misleading. The comforters on 3 of the beds were dirty so a sheet was placed on top of them to make the bed appear to be clean. The house appear to have been "surfaced" cleaned but was in need of a deep cleaning.

House was decent. It was a bit of a hassle to contact management company each time I wanted to use the hot tub. The controls should be made available to guests. The pool water levels were very low. Maintenance came to put hose into pool and then asked me to turn it off. I shouldn't have to work on the house while I'm on vacation. There as a family of squirrels living in the soffit outside. Master bath sink area had mold on the caulk because there is no backsplash and water splashes everywhere including drywall. One of the lounge chairs was completely ripped. They also wanted to spray for bugs during our stay...which I refused and told them to do that after we leave. Overall, when you pay the type of price we did, you expect everything to be in better condition.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood with all the ammenities

This is a wonderful property for group travel. Spacious and comfortable. There is enough room for everyone to enjoy time together and still have personal space.

We booked this property for a family vacation, the rooms worked out well for us and there was plenty of space to spread out. The pool was by far our favorite part of the house, it's large and has plenty of trees around it to provide some shade. Unfortunately, being in that setting comes with it's own problems such as bugs. There were plenty of bugs in the backyard, but even worse- cockroaches in the house. I personally woke up to the feeling/ sound of something by my face, which made me think I was having a nightmare until the next morning I learned that 2 of the rooms had to kill cockroaches in their rooms and we had to kill a couple of bugs around the house during the day too.

Nice house

Overall positive. Comfortable with plenty of beds/baths. Outdoor back walkways were filthy so we hosed them all down. Outdoor cushions also very dirty. The kitchen is poorly equipped in terms of pots, skillets etc. , but plenty of good plates, bowls, and glasses. The kitchen faucet is falling apart. Good meeting space and nice “lookout area”. Overall the home needs attention, updates and minor repairs. The master bedroom is wonderful. ( oh the dryer did not work not sure about smoke detectors ( the one in the laundry room had been removed ) and we couldn’t find a fire extinguisher). Very bad towels

Not the place to stay if you want to have any kind of fun

To say our stay was disappointing is an understatement. The home itself was beautiful, but upon further look it was incredibly dirty, misleading and overall not worth the money. The amenities listed were not accurately depicted, considering the title of the property talks about a heated pool, yet you have to pay $200 a day to actually heat the pool. We spent 2 hours cleaning the pool and also had to sweep the entire outdoor area due to broken glass that was left from the previous guests. We also were greeted with some very unwanted visitors, a neighborhood rooster in the backyard/pool area and a cockroach in the master bedroom. After cleaning all morning, we finally decided to enjoy the pool, but it was cut short because of a noise complaint from neighbors, even though our volume was not any louder than the party at the house next to us. We were sent a very rude message about the noise and were threatened to cancel our reservation, one that we paid way more than we should have for what we got. We were also asked for our ages, which is incredibly inappropriate as paying customers. If you are going to have a home that sleeps 14 people with a pool, hot tub, outdoor games and multiple outdoor sitting areas, it’s probably best that your neighbors don’t mind group noise. We unfortunately were not able to use the outdoor amenities for the rest of the weekend in fear that we would be told our reservation was terminated and we would be stranded. The location of the home was not ideal for travel in and out of Austin, and at times there were not any rideshare cars available for pickup. All in all, I would go out of my way to NOT recommend this home to anyone who is trying to have any sort of fun, you are much better off taking your hard earned money and spending on a nicer, more accommodating home.

Renters beware of the horrible neighbors!

We were a group of 3 families. First of all the house is beautiful! Couple things though the Master suite is not so private. I was taking a shower while the yard guy was there one morning and he came into the outside shower part which was attached to the master shower and totally open and it has CLEAR glass! Pretty sure he got an eye full! I would suggest frosting the glass at the very least! The master bedroom also never really cooled down. The MAIN problem was the neighbor!! First day we got there and started swimming having a good time we received a text from the property manager saying we were too loud! IT’S ONLY 5pm at this point! He sends a video that was sent by this neighbor apparently this character was standing at our fence line recording us!!! Now we know no noise after 10pm per city ordinance what they initially told us but come on!! 5 o’clock! The rest of the week we were in by 7! This neighbor was calling us names on this video too and one night we were on the patio and he came at us with a freaking bullhorn! Claiming he had petitions against this property and we were not welcome go home!!! So look does it suck for him that this is a VRBO house in his neighborhood yeah probably!! But when you pay nearly 7,000 for a week this is not what we had in mind!! We’ve done this together for a few years and have never been harassed like this! I think the owner should reconsider this a vacation house because my suggestion is DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY unless you plan on staying inside the whole time and not playing in the fabulous pool! Also DONT YOU DARE play music those neighbors will get you!!!

Family weekend in Austin

Our time spent at the house was wonderful…. We enjoyed the pool and backyard every day!!!! The bedrooms and overall accommodations were spacious and enjoyed by all of us. It was also a great location for getting everywhere we wanted to go in Austin.

Texas Hill Country

Communication to and from manager was very quick and efficient. Location of property is perfect for jaunts into hill country and the unique urban setting of Austin. Property has numerous gathering spots for groups, pool and hot tub, fire pit, and games. This property is in a residential neighborhood and not for parties or loud groups. You will thoroughly enjoy staying here.
