Great house for entertaining

Stayed for a 5 day weekend and the house fit our needs perfectly. Lots of bedrooms in different parts of the house so there was plenty of room for privacy but also excellent common areas when you're trying to spent time with your group.

Please was clean, had all the amenities needed. Instructions provided in the book when arrived. Outdoor area was incredible. Sonos throughout the whole house made it even cooler. Would totally stay there again.

Stay with amazing views!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view is stunning. Unfortunately, it rained the entire stay so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. As others said, there is one bedroom off of the primary, so be sure to know that the guests staying in that room will need to go through primary bedroom or primary bathroom to get to that room. All in all we were very comfortable and had what we needed to enjoy our weekend.

Wonderful house for a large crew

We celebrated a wedding this weekend and this house was perfect to accommodate a large group that just want to hang out by the pool and enjoy time together.

The layout of the house was wonderful for a large group. The pool was clean, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Game room was fun and entertaining. There were games available to play. We loved them. Just a few draw backs. The Jack and Jill upstairs bedroom the Kingsize bed was not comfortable at all. The internet could not be accessed. The outdoor kitchen grill was dirty, but we cleaned it and was able to use it. A fan could be installed in the outdoor kitchen area to blow the smoke away instead of just hanging in the area. All and all we would stay here again it had a wonderful view of the bluff.

Awesome House for Batchelorette Party

We celebrated my daughter's batchelorette party in this beautiful house. Numerous restaurants 5 min from the house. The house has lots of great amenities includeing several patios with awesome view. House was 20 min from downtown Austin and 30 minutes from Lake Austin. The house does need some update pots and pans and cooking sheets for cooking. Overall a wonderful stay.

This place is beyond description. It's huge, plenty of space for all 14 of us on the trip. The pool offers an incredible view. Place was clean and the staff was so attentive prior to our check in. I would stay here again 10/10 times.

Absolutely Breathtaking!

This house is absolutely perfect for a large group. Enough beds and space to spread out. The kitchen is amazing and well-stocked. The hosts were beyond easy to communicate with and the rental expectations were clearly stated. But the best part - THOSE VIEWS! Sunset on the patio was the best part of the day by far!

Nice property with plenty of space for our group of five adults and four children. Available seating in common areas was exceptional as were the dining areas. One quirky bedroom setup is the connecting primary bedroom with a secondary bedroom that could be an inconvenience for some but the bedroom was not used by our group.

Lovely, large house

Our group of long time friends who get together every year enjoyed the spacious living areas. Kitchen was wonderful as we mostly ate in. However, the house is not being well maintained. Air intake vents need the filters changed (basement bathroom), living room windows have hand/finger prints over them and a designated recycle bin needs to be obvious. Handrail to basement is dangerous!

Paisley Place worked well for our family of ten ages 9 to 82. We were located perfectly for activities on our list - Barton Springs, Lake Travis, Wimberley, etc. The home is extremely spacious; the kitchen is huge, the bedrooms are large and all of the things. Just BIG! Checking in was very simple, the instructions very clear. This place is not without its issues, although all of them pretty minor. The driveway is on the highway - we knew that going in so no big deal but it is very busy and turning left is almost impossible in the morning and evening.Wifi was great until anyone tried to stream anything on the TV. Good for phones, laptops, bad for Netflix and HULU. Again pretty minor since there is loads of other cool stuff to do. We did not miss watching Sing 2 for the thousandth time. There are some others that have been mentioned in other reviews so not calling them out here, but just noting that issues from prior reviews are still issues. All in, we would stay here again. The home is very cool, could use some maintenance here and there but for the very most part treated us well. Game room a plus, easy and clear check out instructions a plus, and that incredible view of the west while floating in the pool a definite plus. Thanks...

Beautiful house, poor management

We booked this house for a bachelor party and had 13 adults stay. The house is beautiful but the kitchen was incredibly under stocked, we did not have enough pots/pans/etc to cook a meal for 13 people. I messaged the manager on three separate occasions and only got a response once. When she did she responded quickly but our problem was not resolved. The AC did not work AT ALL in one bedroom, and barely worked in 4 bedrooms. Only the master suites and the main house cooled off enough to sleep comfortably in the 106 degree summer heat. Overall the property was private, quiet, gorgeous and the venue would have been perfect if it weren’t for the communication issues and unbearable heat in the bedrooms. I’d still give a 4 out of 5 for this stay.

Family trip

We rented this property to spend time as a family. The home is lovely and spacious and we really enjoyed our time!! I feel like the pictures don’t do it justice. There was plenty of room for everyone to either be together or be separate from the group. Lots of balcony space. The pool is kid friendly and the game room was a big hit as well. Overall, we loved it and felt very comfortable, the space was welcoming and homey. The management team is attentive, responds quickly, and friendly! Things to note: -All the pots and pans are Teflon coated but are scratched, we love to cook so I regret not bringing mine -Knives were not the sharpest but a knife sharpener is available -The kitchen is stocked with spices, dishwasher pods, paper towels, trash bags, two dishwashers, a few decorative cheese boards, and enough plates, cups, utensils for at least one meal for 16 people -Awesome ice maker in the island -The home is gated and located right off a highway -There are full bathrooms throughout, upstairs bedrooms are Jack and Jill style -Master suite is in fact massive -The mattresses are just okay -The grill was just okay too -There is an HEB 3 mins away -Austin is about 20-30 mins drive from there -The home is kept at 72* or 73* but it felt much cooler -The basement bedroom was the warmest part of the house -Lots of card and board games available -There is a challenging 1000 piece Christmas theme jigsaw puzzle—surprisingly all the pieces are there, we found out after 6 hours :)
