NYE Getaway

This was the perfect location for visiting downtown Austin. This condo was very nice. It was clean, nicely furnished and an excellent value.

Great studio and location

Cozy studio in a great location! We didn’t have a balcony, but that was ok. We were able to walk to some fun bars and restaurants on the west end of 6th St. While kind of a hike (35/40 min), we did walk back from the UT football stadium. Property was clean and comfortable. I’d recommend for your trip to Austin!

Great Austin Eclipse Stay

First time in Austin, & Texas. This stay was great for the view: 18th floor, downtown, with a balcony to get air and feel the city in a different way. Incredible for the one morning of hard rain and night of lightning storm. Very soundproof condo. Roomy with two bedrooms & bathrooms. Because it is an end unit with many windows, you get a 180-270 degree view of the city. Dining, drinks, and historical buildings all close by. Check in and check out was easy. More amenities than I had time to use: shuffleboard downstairs, video games. A foosball table in the unit. Well supplied kitchen had I wanted to cook. Great way see Austin!

I couldn't have asked for a nicer place! Beautiful amenities, comfortable beds, and staff was very nice. I would definitely choose to stay here if I come back to Austin.

Great place. Very clean with central location.

Great place to stay with very friendly helpful staff. The room was gorgeous and very clean. Only complaint is that we were contacted a few times to hear about “timeshare” opportunities. However, the team was always polite and professional. We would totally stay here again.

Not a very nice and clean area. Sixth street isn’t classy at all. Street are not clean.

I request no feathers product in the room and had a reaction first night. They did help with replacing the pillows. The comforter did not spell fresh. Not clean and the floors were dirty. Staff was just okay.

ALTHOUGH....impossible to know

Due to the virus, world pandemic, we were unable to travel. With a considerable amount of communication with the property managers, they were able to give us a voucher for the same property at a later date. HOWEVER...VRBO was completely worthless and did NOTHING, despite countless call, chats and emails. They basically said we "were on our own." I am grateful that the owner of the property has agreed to honor a later date but this only came about through the property manager. I too own short term rental(s) and we, iTrip, have taken every step possible to help out our guests. hmmmm.... who will we go to in the future...?

Clean but the amenities were just basic. Communication with reservations frustrating. Also you have to walk past sales reps every time entiering the lobby who are trying to sell you shares into Club Wyndham. Not what we expected.

I loved how it was a studio style apartment and not your typical hotel room... made our stay that much more enjoyable! More accommodating in every aspect. Nothing bad to say! Definitely will stay here again when I come back to Austin!

ACL weekend 2 was great thanks to y’all.

Wyndham Resort

The property is well maintained. I rented a 2/2, it surpassed all of my expectations. The location was wonderful. The staff was awesome! Despite the slowness of the elevator; I’d still come back.
