Sleeping up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the layout offers a primary bedroom on the first floor and two additional bedrooms upstairs. Relax in the main living areas and step outside to enjoy the patio/balcony for a bit of fresh air.

Conveniences include an in-home washer and dryer, driveway parking, and a pack ’n play/travel crib for little ones. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for peace of mind.

Important Things to Note

• Bedroom 3 is an open-concept space with no door, which may impact privacy.

• Stairs: Bedrooms 2 and 3 are upstairs; stairs are required to access them.

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is typically available (please follow local signage and regulations).

• Additional tenants/shared property: This rental is the property’s front home. A long-term tenant occupies the back residence.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Supplies: The home is stocked with a starter set of soaps and paper products; plan to bring or purchase additional items after arrival.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
